George's Lake Como Villa in Danger

My beloved silver fox had quite a scare as military experts have been called in to recover a deadly arsenal of unexploded wartime bombs in the waters outside his Italian lakeside home. George Clooney's Lake Como villa is just 14 meters away from underwater hand grenades, mortars and aircraft bombs.

In order to keep the paparazzi and the public out of harm's way, Italian soldiers have sealed off the area around the house while navy divers bring the 500lb munitions to the surface. After lying on the lake floor for more than 60 years, the explosives will be detonated in a remote cave.

UPDATE: Mr. Clooney himself spoke out about the drama at his villa, saying, "This is not the first bomb I've experienced."
