Never missing an opportunity to play dress up, Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa celebrated that it's halfway to Halloween by channeling Spencer and Heidi. The morning show duo portrayed the reality couple perfectly. The best part came at the end though, as another famous plastic star made an appearance. Thank god some famous faces have a sense of humor.
