Spotted engaging in a very public display of affection, the tattooed twosome confirmed their relationship status. The former friends were first spotted getting cozy in Las Vegas, but their newest outing appeared in Jesse (and ex-wife Sandra Bullock's!) current home base of Austin, Texas.
