As if the world wasn't already anxiously awaiting the royal baby, Kate Middleton set the rumor mill into overload today. While in Quebec City on Sunday, the Duchess of Cambridge was handed a bouquet by the two-year-old daughter of a British expat. The father then wished her well in her efforts in her efforts to start a family, prompting Kate to thank him and
proclaim, "Yes, I hope to."
Those four little words have created a media firestorm about the upcoming offspring off everyone's favorite royal couple. Can you imagine if Kate gives birth in nine months? The royal baby will be made in Canada - literally!
In other royal news, the too-cute couple made a splash in Prince Edward Island today. With his wife proudly snapping pictures from the shore, Prince William
participated in a "water bird" emergency landing exercise aboard a Canadian Forces Sea King helicopter. Apparently the Prince intends to teach his RAF unit the technique when he goes back to England.
The couple also got competitive during a dragon boat race. Will and Kate each headed up their own boat, and when asked who would win, William
boasted, "We are. Of course." It wasn't surprising that the Prince's prediction was spot-on, but what is shocking is his PDA with his wife! They may be married, but the royals
never touch each other. Ever. Try finding a picture of Charles and Diana or The Queen and Prince Philip touching. Let me tell you - it's tough. It's sweet to see that Prince William and Duchess Kate are defying tradition and letting their love shine. I love them.
