This is not a dress I would ever pick for myself, but this strapless Alexander McQueen looks beautiful on Jessica Chastain. The best actress nominee has already been put on a few best dressed lists, but we'll have to wait for tomorrow for the full lists. What do you think of the dress?
Octavia Spencer got photobombed by some PR person's awkward legs. But in all seriousness, Octavia looked stunning in her Tadashi Shoji gown. Love you, Minnie Jackson!
Gwyneth Paltrow looked white hot in her Tom Ford gown and cape. I'm totally in love with this look. It might be the bride-to-be in me talking, but I love it. A lot.
Natalie Portman finally got her fashion groove back in red polka dot vintage Dior. I really need to find out who made that stunning diamond necklace. I want the jeweler to loan it to me for my wedding. Hint, hint.
I'm speechless. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did it again in Tom Ford for him and black velvet Atelier Versace for her. I just don't have the right words to describe how absolutely stunning they look. Wow.
Apparently Rihanna is quick to forgive the man who infamously beat her.
Following the 2009 abuse scandal, Rihanna and Chris Brown have reunited - musically, at least. Rumors of a romantic reunion have been rampant, but thus far the only proof we have of a reconciliation is two new remixed tracks.
Chris Brown's Turn Up the Music and Rihanna's Birthday Cake were both re-released today and feature the not-so-better halves. If you listen closely, Rihanna sings "I love you baby" on Chris' song while Chris sings to Rihanna "Girl I wanna fuck you right now. Been a long time, I've been missing your body."
These two are deadly together. Let's hope their reconciliation doesn't go farther than the studio.
A light has been dimmed on the music community with the death of Whitney Houston.
On the eve of the Grammy awards, 48-year-old Whitney was due to perform at music mogul and mentor Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Whitney was found unresponsive in her suite at 3:43 pm PST and was pronounced dead at 3:55 pm PST. Despite the fact that the Beverly Hills police say there's no obvious evidence of foul play or cause of death at this time, rumours suggest that the death is drug related.
Whitney's talent was constantly overshadowed by her struggles. With a volatile marriage to Bobby Brown and a storied history of substance abuse, Whitney received more publicity for her troubles than she did for her outstanding voice.
Whitney's untimely death is casting a greater shadow as the music industry gears up for today's Grammy awards. The singer was honored at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party last night, and Grammy producers confirmed that Jennifer Hudson will help memorialize Whitney during tonight's show. Police continue to investigate her death, but as the infamous saying goes, "the show must go on."
