Graceful Response

Kathie Lee Gifford needs to do her homework. The TODAY show host was interviewing comedian Martin Short, who is promoting his new movie Madagascar 3, and mistakenly asked about his marriage. What Kathie Lee failed to remember was that Martin's wife, Nancy Dolman died in 2003 after battling ovarian cancer. Martin handled the situation beautifully, but I hope his PR people teach Kathie Lee a lesson.

DJ Royal-C

Prince Charles showed the world that he knows how to have a good time.

In Canada as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, the future king visited UforChange, a youth partnership in Toronto, and tried his hand at DJing during a workshop.

What do you think Prince Charles' DJ name should be?

Camilla's Royal Transformation

Another day, another royal. I was quoted in a third CBC article - this time commenting on Camilla's royal transformation and how PR played an integral role in the change. Check it out here.

Charles and Camilla Come to Canada

Prince Charles and Camilla arrived in Canada to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. New Brunswick is the first stop on the royal tour, and I had something to say about their route. Check out this CBC article I was quoted in.

Happy royal watching!

Lisa Turtle

This is what happened to Lisa Turtle. It's sad.

Dress Lady

via people.com
She runs uber-successful clothing lines, but Mary-Kate Olsen is incapable of dressing herself.

The pint-sized child actor cum fashion powerhouse ditched her usual dress code of sunglasses and large handbags for this. To clarify, this is a Victorian-inspired, high-neck black silk gown. It looks like the dress ate her. Really - it's worse than her usual attire.

What Mary-Kate really needs is a stylist. Think Ashley's available?

MET 2012: Rose and Thorn

The MET Gala is known for its avant-garde style. This is the one event that celebrities can wear their most out-there couture for the sake of art. It's a beautiful thing. Stunning designs and bold colours help the stars' personalities shine through. Some stars excel at the unique dress code; others don't.

Rose: Ginnifer Goodwin lit up the room in a beaded orange Monique Lhuillier gown with H.Stern jewels and Brian Atwood pumps.

Thorn: At 23, Lily Collins can pull everything off - except this. The Mirror Mirror actress donned a lace Valentino Haute Couture gown that aged her terribly. For such a beautiful girl, it's a shame her stylist can't pick more flattering gowns.

Trolleys Go Up, Up, Up

My favourite youngest Brits are back.

Sophia Grace and Rosie are back on The Ellen Show and are continuing to "pink" the place up.

Their Target comments are beyond. Just beyond.
